Assuming your first lesson goes well and you want to continue and secure your time slot ongoing 2 things are due.

1) A signed copy of our policy (we have students sign a copy to ensure that we have communicated effectively to all) which can be left in Lori’s cubby in suite 10A or on her desk in suite 11.

2) A months deposit made out to Medfield Makes Music and left in the lockbox in suite 10A.  This deposit can be refunded when you discontinue lessons if your account is pd in full at that time. (refer to our policy to find exact amounts depending on the length of lesson you have signed up for)

Soon after, the next time our billing service comes in,  you will be billed by email for the remainder of whatever semester we may be in at the time you start. After that bills will come to you regularly  just before each upcoming 2 month pay period.

If you are not intending to continue taking lessons after your first lesson an email to loriperkins@medfieldmakesmusic.com is required after that first lesson and up to 24 hours before what would have been your second lesson.
