Little but Helpful Details

Waiting areas:

The waiting areas in suites 9 and 11 are really only for students during the minute or so they may be waiting for their lesson to start. Lessons occur in suite 9 and 11 so traffic and waiting in those rooms should be kept to a minimum.  However, please feel free to simply enter quietly without knocking at your lesson time. In those rooms our teachers will transition to you when the time arrives.

Suite 10A is our main waiting area and students should use it if they are more than a couple minutes early or need to wait to be picked up after their lesson is over.   Families of students should feel free to wait in 10A as well if you are not simply dropping off your student and plan on being at MMM during your lesson time.

In  suite 10A we have a computer with internet access, a book library and a listening library to use by all.  If a teacher needs to use any of these resources during a lesson they will ask to interrupt anyone using them but in general they are available.

Thirsty?:

Help yourself to our spring water in suite 10A.

Restrooms:

The restrooms are located at the top of the stairs but they are locked.  We have a cup of keys by the cubbies in suite 10A and also try and keep one hanging next the door to each MMM room. We have a ton of them floating around so if you don’t see one right away keep looking or ask.

Cubbies:

Our cubbies are used for a variety of things.  You should check your cubby regularly.  They are most helpful in the case that you leave a book or material behind by accident.  If we find something left behind we will put it in you cubby and you can retrieve it easily any time you wish when our doors are unlocked. Since MMM’s work is appointment based we are not open regular hours each day.  That being said, you can pretty much count on our waiting room and cubbies to accessible during most after school hours….2:30-9:30 every week day.  We are sometimes open earlier and very often later but not reliably.
