Email is by far the best way to reach us here at MMM.
Loriperkins@medfieldmakesmusic.com should be used for most things that come up at MMM (scheduling, signups, general questions)
BillingMMM@yahoo.com (soon to be billing@medfieldmakesmusic.com) should be used for any billing questions
RussellChudnofsky@medfieldmakesmusic.com should be used for anything related to our band program.
MMM does not have a receptionist and we are all teaching pretty much non stop so phone calls are very difficult to receive. If you have something to discuss that can be done by email please do so. If you have something more complicated or sensitive to that requires a phone call use 508-359-9661 and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
All schedule changes, cancellations or notice to discontinue must go to loriperkins@medfieldmakesmusic.com. It is not the job of our teachers to manage scheduling and we don’t have a reliable system set up for them to do so.
Last minute emergencies/cancellations:
MMM teachers cannot answer the phone while teaching so any cancellations or issues that come up in under 24 hours notice should be sent by email to both Lori AND your teacher.
Last minute emergency issues can be texted to Lori’s cell phone 508-932-5953. Please keep this to a minimum because she will most likely be teaching. Phone messages can be left and will be received but most likely not in time.
Cubbies in suite 10A are used for a variety of reasons….mostly for music that is left behind. Teacher cubbies can also be used for communications. Feel free to leave notes in there if you would like. You can also drop quick notes into the payment lock box. Again email is WAY more efficient and you will likely hear back from us quicker that way.
