Billing and Payment

Bills are sent out just before the beginning of any two month pay period by email from BillingMMM@yahoo.com.  Soon we will switch to billing@medfieldmakesmusic.com.)

Payment is due the first week of the pay period and checks should be written out to Medfield Makes Music.

Payment can be mailed to Medfield Makes Music, 258 Main St #9, Medfield, MA 02052 or left in the grey metal lock box hanging in suite 10A.

Cash payments are discouraged since writing receipts out would take away from lesson time.  No cash payments without a receipt written will be accepted (to protect both you and MMM from any potential billing confusion).

Since we bill ahead there are often adjustment’s that have to be made that we can’t predict  to your accounts which will show up as credits on your bill for the next pay period.  For example, a snow day for a 30 minute student in December would show up as a -$28 starting balance on your Jan/Feb bill.

When you choose to discontinue at MMM your deposit will be refunded to you in full if your account is current.
